We believe good software shouldn’t announce itself. It should just work. Quietly. Reliably. Like it was always meant to be there.

Dave Ross – Founder and Tech Lead
«Working with Gaelvert and its clients for over a decade has been an incredible journey, and now we’re expanding. We aim to attract top engineering talent while offering a warm, supportive environment for new joiners. I enjoy working with the latest tools, on interesting projects, alongside engineers who push me to improve daily. I look forward to growing the company and taking on new challenges ahead!»

Caroline Hughes – General Manager
«What I love most about software engineering is everything between the idea and the outcome — the twists, the planning, the moments things click. There’s something special about a team figuring things out together, building a product piece by piece. For me, it’s about creating an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up and supporting each other. That’s where the magic happens.»

Meet our team

How We Work

From strategic vision to meaningful delivery.

We combine strategic alignment, short delivery cycles and continuous feedback to turn real user needs into valuable software.

Our approach brings together quarterly planning, two-week sprints and close collaboration across the team. This gives us a clear direction while allowing us to learn, adapt and improve as we go.

01. Align on What Matters

Quarterly planning. Shared direction. Clear priorities.

Every quarter, we come together to translate our strategic vision and end-user needs into prioritised objectives and a shared roadmap.

By aligning on what matters most, we ensure our day-to-day work contributes to meaningful outcomes and delivers value where it is needed most.

02. Build in Focused Cycles

Small steps. Working software. Continuous progress.

We work in two-week sprints, breaking down larger objectives into manageable pieces of work.

Through regular planning, daily coordination and backlog refinement, we maintain a shared understanding of priorities, address dependencies early and keep delivery focused on achievable goals.

03. Share, Validate and Adapt

Transparency at every step. Feedback that moves us forward.

We regularly demonstrate completed work, share progress and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Sprint reviews help us validate what we have built, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve. This allows us to make informed decisions and keep our work aligned with evolving needs.

04. Learn and Improve Together

Better products start with better ways of working.

At the end of each sprint, we reflect on what worked well, what could be better and what we can change.

We also invest in knowledge sharing and technical collaboration, helping the team learn from one another, strengthen shared understanding and continuously improve the way we deliver.

Agile at Gaelvert is more than a process.

It’s how we stay aligned, make progress visible, respond to change and keep the people who use our products at the centre of what we build.

Our goal is simple: deliver meaningful value, learn continuously and build better software together.
