Hybrid Working

Split your time between working remotely and coming to the co- working office space 3 days a week in the heart of Dublin.

Annual Leave

25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays.

Work from Anywhere

Once eligible, you can work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.

Referral Bonus

You can receive up to €3000 referral bonus for any successful referral candidate once they have successfully passed probation.

Learning Pocket

You can receive up to €600 per calendar year for additional learning opportunities/expenses.

Private Medical Insurance

We offer Company paid private health insurance with Laya - dependants can also be added to the employee scheme at a discounted price.

Income Protection & Life Assurance

Company paid insurances covering long term sickness and death in service respectively.

Pension Plan

You have the option to join the Company pension which is currently a set contribution of 7% EE & 7% ER. If you are not already enrolled in any kind of pension scheme, you will be auto enrolled as per the government scheme.

Fitness Reimbursement

You can receive up to €40 per month reimbursement if you have a gym membership or attend and pay for fitness classes.
